About the Owners:
TROY is a true mid-west guy. Born and raised in Minnesnowta (yes, Quenby renamed his home state), he has great midwestern values. Troy got into construction out of high school and has 30 years experience in many facets of the construction industry. He mastered operating a construction forklift when he built his first home in 2003. Troy is also an efficiency expert and an inventor.
QUENBY is an east-coast woman with an exceptional work ethic. She gradated with a degree in education and has always loved helping people. Quenby believes that hauling materials to a roof or second story by hand while climbing a ladder is working way too hard and is glad to offer a service that can make your job more efficient.
Troy has lived in Florida since 2010. Troy and Quenby have lived in SWFL since 2013 because they love the heat (not the sports team). They got married locally on Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs, FL and run Broit Lifting as a dynamic duo.
