Hourly Construction Forklift Services Rates
Broit Lifting provides Hourly Construction Forklift Services (our equipment and operator) at your jobsite. We do NOT provide any offloading labor services for our Lifting Only service. You must have workers on the roof or upper levels to offload the materials while being lifted, or a flat, sturdy spot that you guarantee can handle the weight for Broit Lifting to place your materials. Lifting Rates - Equipment & Operator Only (you provide crew to unload the materials)
$300+ an hour (depending on the equipment)
1 Hour Minimum (additional time billed in 15 minute increments)*
After Hours, Weekends & Holidays Available - Ask us for details!
Crew available for unloading at an additional fee - Ask us for details!
* Our clock starts when we leave our yard in Ft Myers (off Alico Rd & 41) and ends when we arrive back at our yard. We are fully insured. A copy of our insurance is available upon request.
Payment is expected at time of service unless other prior arrangements have been made. A 50% deposit for your reserved appointment window is required and will be charged to your credit card at the time your appointment is booked. Cancelations with 48+ business hours notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
